SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

Receive complimentary (FREE) shipping on your LUXE SENT purchase to United States (U.S.) address. LUXE SENT currently only ship within the U.S.

The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time within the U.S. is 2-5 business days. We provide priority shipping through USPS, and standard ground shipping through UPS and FedEX. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping Notice: Please note that an order with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages (to ensure you will get your items the fastest).

Changing or canceling your order

Contact us at Customer Service Department via Contact Us immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Our automated processes fill orders extremely quickly, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For online orders shipped to a U.S. address, LUXE SENT gladly accept returns of merchandise for a full refund if we receive your return within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Requests for refund must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as your purchase was made. We do not accept returns made after 30 days of purchase date. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus an applicable sales tax.

Include the following information with your return: The item, order number, and name and billing address. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed. LUXE SENT is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. We advise you to use a trackable and insured shipping method.
